This project involves the design, renovation, and execution of a historic 1950 motel - turned extended stay turned apartments. The site is located in the small historic town of Rogersville, TN. The goal of the project is to create modern, space-efficient and sustainable living that is welcoming, bright, and "feels like home".

Results
The project is a great success, each unit has been rented immediately upon completion with a waiting list for the remaining units. A team of skilled artisans has been created who work with me remotely, as I am 500 miles away from the site. The design plan is being executed effectively, creative solutions are collaboratively solved "on the fly" working with consstruction team on-site. The resulting spaces have exceeded expectations.
