Creative on-site problem solving

Work for BHDevelopment calls for occasional on-site creative problem solving and forensic work. These projects were done in collaboration with carpenters and craftsmen on-site.

J V Circle

This is a home that had been relocated to a new site. The home has two (yes two) foundations stacked on top of each other. I was responsible for design and managed construction through to completion, also worked with structural engineer and home inspector to clear all concerning details prior to sale.

Russell Drive

A quick cost-efficient renovation. I was responsible for the design, construction management, and final staging for sale.

Forensic work

Most projects for BHDevelopment consist of renovation and adaptive reuse. Occasionally there are requirements for forensic work to solve existing and newly discovered problems.

Westgate Shopping Center

Once a grocery store, this shopping center now has 6 units and a flooding problem. When it rains the spaces fill with water. We have been working step by step to solve the issue, from plumbing, hvac as first concerns (solved) to watershed and drainage problems. Worked with Pounders Masonry, and TIm Harrell for land moving and drain work.

Work in progress.
