Broad Triangle

Project details

dailydesignGROUP

Broad Triangle includes the design and execution of new townhomes in the Broad Avenue neighborhood (Lea's Woods Neighborhood Association) of Memphis, TN. The site is located in an urban edge neighborhood with a mix of commercial businesses and craftsman and traditional homes. The goal of the project is to create a new addition to the growing neighborhood, respecting the history of the existing homes while providing a public outdoor plaza that connects the Hampline bicycle and pedestrian corridors.

My contributions included research of the neighborhood design guidelines, conceptual design of exterior forms and materiality, the outdoor public space and Hampline connection (including the design of the Hampline sign/bicycle rack).
